Car Boot Sales In grimsby/cleethorpes

Hi All,

Does anyone know of any car boot sales in the grimsby/cleethorpes area that are on all year round including dec/jan as all the ones i have found on here are only on untill september/october time i was thinking of going to them all year round.

Also what would I have to do to be able to set up my own carboot sale in my local area besides find premises and possibly have to get planning permission.

would I need to have public or employers liability or anything like that.

any help and advice would be appreciated
